By having a series of policies in place we endeavour to ensure that we carry out our work in a way that is safe, environmentally aware and ensures a rewarding career for our employees:

Environment policy statement

Our environmental policy covers issues including legislation awareness, procedures and the responsibilities of managers and employees.

Health and safety policy statement

We are committed to doing all that is reasonable to prevent personal injury and our policy spells out our responsibilities.

COSHH policy statement

This policy covers our approach to preventing or minimising exposure of employees to substances hazardous to health.

Training and development policy statement

The aim of this policy is to provide relevant and appropriate training in order to establish and maintain skills and knowledge.
